中文摘要 | 社会需求是大学课程变革必须考虑的重要因素之一。本研究对江苏省六所案例大学的访谈调查发现,在回应社会需求的大学课程变革过程中,各校遇到了不少值得关注的来自校内外的困难和阻力。为了快速有效地回应社会需求,我国大学还需解决课程变革决策依据不充分、内部动力不足以及外部支持不到位等现实问题。本研究建议:大力减少不必要的政府行政干预,充分发挥市场和第三部门在大学课程变革中的作用,积极提升教师参与大学课程变革的积极性和水平。 |
英文摘要 | Social need is one of the important factors that need to be considered in college curriculum change.Through the interview survey of the six universities in Jiangsu Province, the paper shows that universities haveencountered a lot of difficulties and obstacles both within and outside of campus in the process of curriculumchange in responding to the social need, which deserves much concern. In order to respond to the requirement ofsociety quickly and effectively, it is imperative for universities to solve such practical problems as the insufficiencyof decision-making basis, the lack of internal dynamics and the deficiency of external support. This study putsforward some suggestions, including greatly reducing unnecessary administrative intervention from the government,bringing the roles of market or third sector into full play and enhancing teachers' enthusiasm and level ofparticipation actively. |
