本科教育创新人才培养模式研究———基于日本京都大学课程设置的视角

The Research of the Cultivating Mode of Innovative Talents for Undergraduate Students:A Perspective Based on the Curriculum of Kyoto University

日本国立大学法人京都大学以科研创新能力闻名， 本文通过分析其办学与人才培养理念以及通识教育、Pocket Seminar（小班讨论课）等课程设置的特色做法，总结其创新人才培养模式。研究发现：课程设置注重全校联合，统一向学生提供始终“一贯”的跨专业教育课程；大力充实多样、和谐的通识教育，尤其注重本科新生教育内容；建立全校范围的质量保障机制，加强教师培训工作并实现经验共享。

Kyoto University of Japan is famous for its scientific research innovation. This article probesinto the university's talent cultivating mode from the perspectives of talent cultivation idea， curriculumdesign， general education and Pocket Seminar. The experience of Kyoto University may shed light on thedevelopment of innovative talents' cultivation mode for undergraduate students in China， especially inresearch universities.
