中文摘要 | 作者通过构建评价指标体系,采用双层次因素分析、聚类分析及回归分析等研究方法对我国省域研究生教育竞争力与区域经济竞争力之间的协调度进行了实证考察和综合评估。研究结果表明:省域研究生教育竞争力和经济发展竞争力协调度大体可分为“高水平协调”、“中等水平协调”、“低水平协调”、“高位弱协调”、“低位弱协调”和“极不协调”等六种类型;研究生教育竞争力与经济发展竞争力之间具有较高的正向显著相关关系;四大区域内部研究生教育发展水平之间的差异要远大于区域经济发展差异,必须高度重视区域研究生教育发展不平衡问题。应努力提高研究生教育对区域经济社会发展需求的动态适应能力,不断增加弱势地区的学位授权点数量和专项财政转移支付力度,不断增强研究生教育机构、政府和企业之间的良好互动合作,大力鼓励跨区域互动合作实现优质研究生教育资源互惠共享。 |
英文摘要 | The article conducts an empirical study on the coordination degree between China's provincialgraduate education competitiveness and regional economic competitiveness by building evaluation index systemwith the methods of dual -level factor analysis, cluster analysis and regression analysis. The results are asfollows: The coordination degree between China's provincial graduate education competitiveness and regionaleconomic competitiveness can be roughly divided into six types; There is positive and significant correlationbetween graduate education competitiveness and economic development competitiveness; The differences in thelevel of graduate education development within four regions are much larger than the differences in regionaleconomic development; Great importance should be attached to the problem of uneven development of regionalgraduate education. Efforts should be made to improve the dynamic adaptability of graduate education with theregion's economic and social development needs. The number of degree authorization spots and specialfinancial transfer payments in disadvantaged areas should be increased. The sound interaction betweengraduate educational institutions, government and enterprise should be continuously enhanced. The inter - regional interaction and cooperation should be encouraged to achieve mutual sharing of quality graduateeducation resources. |
