英文摘要 | Mobile micro-learning is just unfolding in the field of adult continuing education because that its interest, convenience and practicability cater to the learning need of the enterprise’s new generation employees. By the five aspects of the analysis on research of the new generation employees’ demand, resources construction, platform construction, teaching design, and teaching evaluation, we structure the mode of mobile micro-learning by WeChat public platform, this mode has the principle of the construction of operation, easy interaction, common benefit. Meanwhile, we emphasize that the study of mobile micro-learning should regression "learn" from “technical”, and pay attention to the existing platform and resources’ integration sharing, so that the new generation employees could carry out mobile micro-learning more simply, easilier and more effectively. |
