从以问题为导向的科学哲学方法论为出发点，借助系统科学方法，作者尝试给出教学设计理论方法的增长模式、教学设计的三维模型和以问题为导向的教学设计的一般模式，并指出应该应用系统科学的“新三论”和复杂系统论来进一步发展和深化教学设计的理论与实践。

From a problem-oriented methodology and philosophy of science as a starting point，with system scientific method，author tries to give instructional design theory of growth model ，three-dimensional model of instructional design and the general pattern of instructional design on problem-oriented，also pointed out that the system should be applied sciences ＂new three theory＂ and complex systems theory to further develop and deepen the theory and practice of instructional design.
