Research on Achieving Educational Equity at a Higher Level with New Generation of Information Technology

我国教育公平取得了举世瞩目的快速发展，尤其是普及了义务教育和实现了高等教育大众化，初步解决了教育起点公平和量性公平，正在向着过程公平、结果公平的高层次质性公平发展。运用以物联网、云计算为重要标志的新一代信息技术构建信息资源门户、名师视频平台、虚实结合的内容体系等，以数字化的方法促进更高层次的教育公平实现，走出一条新型的中国特色的教育公平之路。

Educational equity is one of the most important content of Chinese socialist harmonious society. The government attaches great significance and launches major initiatives to improve it which gains a rapid expansion - especially on the popularization of compulsory education and high education. The society is now taking a higher level from the quantitative fairness to qualitative fairness with a fair process and fair result. We should promote the higher level educational equity by the means of the new generation of information technology such as the Internet of things， cloud computing.
