中文摘要 | 教育技术的专业实习面临着实习基地建设困难、实习效果不佳的问题,传统的方法很难解决该问题。利益相关者理论是分析、解决这些问题的一个理论框架。专业实习的实践是一个各利益相关者相互博弈、合作的过程,实践中应正视各利益相关者的存在,确立基于利益相关者的多元的实习目标,探索更丰富的实习内容和更有效的实习管理策略,完善专业实习的评价体系,关注实习中各利益相关者的声音。 |
英文摘要 | It is more difficult to find an appropriate place to take their pre-job training for the students majored in educational technology than past,So the aims of the pre-job training may not be achieved. This dilemma is caused by the lacking cooperation of the practice base. The Stakeholder Theory is a key to this problem. The pre-job training is a game between the stakeholders which need the cooperation of each other. According to the stakeholder theory, we should rearrange the mode of the practice. By remodeling the objects and the modes of the pre-job training practice, improving the evaluation of the pre-job training and paying more attention on the stakeholders’ requirements, the dilemma can be breakthrough. |
