中文摘要 | 为解决特殊教育资源建设中资源阻隔、资源失衡、资源失范等问题,以具有中国文化背景的“教育技术学范畴体系动态结构模型”作为特殊教育资源建设的理论基础,从该模型的设计、开发、实施、管理与评价五个范畴提出了有别于普通教育资源的建设对策:基于特殊教育儿童的学习特点与信息无障碍理念设计资源;多学科合作与二次优化开发资源;围绕教学活动与多层次育能培训实施资源;以项目推进与构建远程教育服务体系管理资源;通过标准规范与主体适切性评价资源。 |
英文摘要 | In order to solve problems in the construction of special education resources such as resource imbalance, resource hindrance, and resource irregularity, the Chinese-specific “Dynamic Structure Model under the Educational Technology Category” is proposed and used as the fundamental theory for the construction of special education resource. This paper also suggests five categories of design, development, practice, management and evaluation for the strategies to construct special education resources, which are different from those employed in the construction of general education resources. The strategies include designing resources on the basis on the characteristics of special education students and the conception of information accessibility, developing resources on the basis of multidisciplinary integration and secondary optimization, implementing resources by organizing teaching activities and multi-leveled cultivation of ability, managing resources by promoting the project and building distant education service system, and evaluating resources through standard procedures and subject appropriateness. |
