高校视频公开课建设及其思考

The Building and Thinking of Open Video Course in Higher School

随着视频公开课在国内掀起的热潮，我国教育部近期启动了高校视频公开课的建设。文章从视频公开课的内涵、特点出发，就教育部关于视频公开课建设的相关政策及技术标准进行探讨，结合浙江大学首批视频公开课建设案例展开分析，并提出了提升视频公开课质量的相关思考。

With the open video course raising a great influence in China recently， the government has started a program to build numbers of open video courses in higher school. This paper starts from meaning and characteristics of the open video course， and then analyzes the policy and technical standard about it which are made by the government. In the end， taking some cases made by Zhejiang University which are chosen in the first video open courses for example， propose some related thinking in order to enhance the quality of video open course.
