英文摘要 | The rapid development of brain scienceis constantly injecting new vitality into the reform of teaching methods. This paperexplores the optimum state for classroom learning- the relaxed alertness, from the perspective of braincognition. It focuses on the teaching reform measures to be taken, including: the use of Baroque musicto inspire αbrain waves , the design of effective method to stimulate students ’ positive emotions; converting teaching form as novel stimulus. So that students can tide overthinking trough and improve alertness. By the results of experiments, these methods are proved to provide an effective way to improve learning efficiency and teaching quality. |
