英文摘要 | Reducing students’ learning burden has been one of most important thomes in China1 s education reforms. Autonomous burden reducing is a new notion and method of burden reducing. It is different from the external burden - reducing which depends on the external influence of reducing learners ’ learning burden. Autonomous burden - reducing is a process which highlights the learners ’ autonomy by optimizing the learning process and methods and self — regulates the learning burden,and then create appropriate learningburden for himself to promote learning quality. Promoting the development of learners ’ autonomy will be key for the autonomous burden -Reducing,which will be an effective way to reducing learners'burden and promote the quality of education. |
