中文摘要 | 构建科学的中小学教育支持体系已经成为我国教育实践的关键议题之一。加拿大中小学教育的高质量是令人瞩目的,不仅在历次国际学生评估项目中位居前列,而且赢得了加拿大本地公众的高满意度。基于对加拿大中小学教育的实地考察和文本分析,研究发现该国高质量的中小学教育与其外部的支持体系存在密切关联。加拿大中小学的外部支持体系呈现出如下四方面的特性:组织机构的服务性,教育数据的精细性,公众支持的多元性,以及书面汇报的合理性。这些特性对我国中小学教育支持体系的构建能够提供有益启示。 |
英文摘要 | To establish scientific supportive system of elementary and secondary schools has become one critical and practical issue in China. High quality of Canadian education in elementary and secondary schools is encouraging and attractive, ranking the forefront in previous Programme for International Student Assessment and other international assessments, which has also won the satisfaction from Canadian public. By field work and text analysis, this paper holds that the external supportive system is closely related to Canadian high quality education in elementary and secondary schools. Four characteristics of such supportive system are as follows: service of the authorities, accuracy of educational data, diversity of the public support and rationality of report. These characteristics are bound to provide some enlightenment for the development of supportive system in China. |
