英国中学生涯教育述评

Career Education of Secondary Schools in England

一直以来，我国普通高等教育学校中的学生专业选择不明确、就业方向模糊等职业生涯教育相关问题不断涌现。追根溯源，其中很重要的原因是大学前职业生涯发展教育的缺失，进一步影响大学职业生涯教育的有序开展。文章以英国中学学校的生涯教育实施特点为例，引入相关研究理论，阐释生涯教育在基础教育中的重要性，提出在我国中学实施生涯教育的可行性，以促进高等教育与基础教育发展之间的良性互动。

For a long time， career choice of our school students in higher education is not clear， problems related to vocational career education such as employment direction are constantly emerging. By tracing， the lack of career development education in basic education may be the crucial reason， impacting the orderly development of vocational career education in college. This paper， by taking career education implementation features in Britain's high school as an example， introduces the theory of related research， explains the importance of career education in basic education and puts forward the feasibility of the implementation of career education in our high school， so as to promote the positive interaction between the development of higher education and basic education.
