中文摘要 | 进入21世纪,新加坡教育部门不断拓展“以学生为本,以价值观为导向”的理念,积极应对全球化和信息化的挑战,进一步推动了中小学公民教育的改革,着重加强中小学生品格教育。经过试点努力,于2014年全面推出新品格与公民教育课程,新课程的改革有四个方面的重要启示:一是新加坡政府高度重视并主导公民教育课程的改革与发展;二是以学生为本,既坚守新加坡共同价值观又不断适应社会发展变化;三是遵循教育规律,有序推进新课程;四是致力于整合家庭、学校和社区资源,注重新课程的实效性。 |
英文摘要 | In the 21th century, the department of education of Singapore has developed the nstudent-based and value-oriented" concept,actively coping with the challenge of globalization and informationalization, further promoting the reform of civic education and strengthening character education in elementary and middle schools* Through pilot efforts, in 2014 a comprehensive new character and civic education curriculum started. Revelations of four aspects in the new curriculum reform are: the Singapore government pays great attention to civic education curriculum reform and leads its development; holding the idea as student-based, both sticking to common values of Singapore and constantly adapting to social development and changes; pushing the new curriculum without violating the rules of Education; and striving for the integration of family, school and community resources and stressing the effectiveness of the new curriculum. |
