高校组织变革中利益博弈的聚点效应分析——以澳门一所高校为例

The Focal Points Analysis of Interests Gaming in University Organization Change——Taking Status Upgrade of One University in Macao as Example

在澳门Ｐ学院的组织变革实践中，运用参与观察和访谈的质性研究方法，隐蔽性地进入现场，以主体的立场深入剖析高校组织变革中利益主体间的博弈影响。研究结果表明，大多数利益表达者的真实利益诉求都是隐藏的。利益主体面对晋升制度、学科设置中的利益冲突时，通常采取“摸索”的解决方式，每一次“摸索”都附以“合理”的解释。然而先例的影响远远大于逻辑的重要性，诸如关注“核心利益”、“标杆”选择俨然成为利益博弈的聚点均衡。

This paper introduces the qualitative research method of participant observation and interviewing, and the investigator enter the scene being hidden to further study the gaming of the stakeholders as subjective position during the practice of the P college organization change in Macao.The results of the study show that the actual demand of most interest expressers are hidden.The interest-subjects basically adopt "groping" choice ways on the problem solving of the promoting system and discipline setting in the interest conflicts,and attached the "sound" explanation.However,the influences of the precedent are far more important than the logic,and focusing the "core interests" and "benchmarking" would become the focal points equilibrium of interests gaming.
