Analyzing the Level and Talent Structure of Engineering Talent Training in Higher Education Institutions

工程人才的培养一直是我国高等教育领域关注的主要问题，本文结合当前国家和社会对工程人才的需求以及高校工程人才培养的现状，分析了目前高等工程人才培养在层次结构和专业结构方面存在的问题。在此基础上，分析问题形成的原因，并结合未来我国对不同层次和类型工程人才的需求，对高等工程人才培养的层次结构和专业结构提出了改进建议。

Engineering talent training has been a major topic in China's higher education research. This paper describes the role and the current situation of higher education institutions in engineering talent training,and the need of the country and society for engineering talent.Then the paper analyzes problems with the level and talent structure of engineering talent training and causes for the problems, and provides suggestions for improvement.
