英文摘要 | For exploring ways of promote validity of general arts teaching at the university, this article is researching the probability and feasibility of fulfilling the basic principle of validity of general arts teaching at the university under the theory of situated learning to investigate to structure learning community by using the new media. Furthermore, this article is putting forward the basic principle to devise how to use the media to structure learning community for the sake of promoting validity of general arts teaching at the university and offering references for our general arts teaching reform at the university.
