在全球化和信息化时代，外语非通用语网络课程建设具有紧迫性。在确定网络课程的教学内容后，首先要寻找合适非通用语的网络教学平台。该平台要能支持多语种编码，具备实时教学、在线录音等功能。课件制作是建设网络课程的关键，只需具备一定的计算机网络知识和多媒体工具运用能力，独立建设类似于印尼语视听说的外语非通用语网络课程并非难事。

It is urgent that a large quantity of network courses of less commonly taught languages should be constructed in the era of globalization and informationization.
