英文摘要 | Since 1990s,the American doctoral student attrition has become more and more serious,the problemhas haunted the American doctoral education seriously and has also caused much controversy. This paper mainly probes into the American doctoral student attrition,including its connotation,development,effects,the related controversy,as well as the improvement measures. Based on the analysis,we believe that in order to improve the quality of doctoral training in our country,the necessary elimination mechanism should be established and it is more important to perfect the doctoral training system,such as providing enough financial support, creating favorable academic atmosphere and providing comprehensive and systematic guidance. |
