中文摘要 | 公民认同教育是现代国家主权在教育领域中的渗透与维系,是现代民族国家建构的重要内容。从理论层面来看,新自由主义主张通过社会正义原则促成公民认同的形成;共和主义强调公民对国家的政治认同;社群主义认为公民认同应在社区实践中逐步形成;多元文化主义则因关注少数族群权利而非常强调公民认同形成过程中的公共理性与批判能力。从实践层面来看,各国公民认同教育的主要途径包括:公民科或社会科的教学,民族语言与历史等学科教学,学校课程与社区服务相结合的综合实践活动。 |
英文摘要 | Citizenship identity education is the permeation and maintenance of modern nation sovereignties into the education field. It is the important content of modern nation-building. There are four ideological trends about citizenship identity education. Neoliberalism views that citizenship identity should be cultivated based on the social justice principle. Republicanism emphasizes that the citizen must be taught a political identity to their nation-state. Communitarianism considers that community practice contributes to the formation of citizenship identity. Multiculturalism values the public reason and critical ability,because they pay close attention to the right of minority group. This paper discusses several main channels to train citizenship identity in various countries including the teaching of Civic or Social Study,the teaching of nation language and nation history,and comprehensive practical activities combining the school curriculum with community service. |
