中文摘要 | “反思教学法在外语教学中的应用研修班”不仅为广大一线教师提供了深入学习反思教学理论知识和操作实践的机会,也为教师们搭建了互动交流的平台。反思既是一种意识,又是一种活动,更是一种能力。本文从反思教学实践的内涵、意义、途径等着手,阐述了对反思教学实践的理解及其重要性的认识。大学英语教学中,践行反思教学既是教学改革的需要,又是教师自身职业发展的要求。在教学中反思,在反思中教学,这样的教学才会充满理性和思考,这样的教师才会在职业发展的道路上不断成长。 |
英文摘要 | A Short Course on Reflective Teaching Practice provided abundant knowledge of theory and practice on reflecting teaching for college English teachers, creating opportunities for interactive communication at the same time. Reflection is a kind of awareness, as well as activity and ability. The paper sheds light on reflective teaching practice and its significance by illustrating its connotation, importance and approaches. Currently, practicing reflective teaching is the need for both teaching reformation and teachers’ professional development. Only by reflecting in teaching and teaching in reflecting can teaching be more rational and effective. By this way, teachers can have better professional development. |
