Cultivating Autonomic Learning Ability: An Exploration of Promoting Open Education Learners' Quality and Ability

在建设学习型社会的背景下,终身教育问题日益受重视。本文以上海开放大学学习者作为研究对象,采用问卷调查和深度访谈法,对开放教育学习者自主学习能力及认识情况进行调查,深入剖析学习者自主学习能力差异的原因,并就如何培养和提升提出意见和建议。

Under the background of constructing a learning society, life-long education becomes increasingly important. Especially for open education learners, it’s necessary to develop their autonomous learning ability. Regarding Shanghai Open University learners group as the research object, based on the questionnaire survey and depth interview, this research investigated open education learners’present situation and understanding of autonomous learning, then deeply analysed the reason for the deficiency of the autonomic learning ability, and lastly offered some suggestions to cultivate the autonomic learning ability of open education learners.
