中文摘要 | 学生学习绩效是体现远程教育质量的核心因素,探究学习绩效影响因素有助于有针对性地改善学习质量。本研究使用教育生产函数方法来研究远程学习者学习绩效的影响因素。研究从学习者、家庭和社会、教育机构三个方面形成教育投入指标,以学习者学习成绩为教育产出指标,调查了1850 名现代远程教育学习者并就相关数据进行生产函数分析。研究发现学习者个体因素对远程学习者学习成绩的影响最大,家庭社会环境变量影响次之,而远程教育机构层面的投入对远程学习者学习成绩的影响不显著。研究认为有必要重视学生自我效能感的激发和自主学习能力的培养,应该强化“做中学冶理念,构建家庭、学校、工作场所一体化的学习环境,以改善学习者的学习绩效。 |
英文摘要 | Recently e-learning courses are applied popularly in distance education, but there are less positive academic researches on the critical factors affecting students' performance in e-learning. From the Perspective of Education Production Function, this study tries to find out what and how the critical factors affect student performance. Research method includes survey and education production function. Research samples are students of distance higher education in China. The Empirical research result shows that the variables of personal and family situation are significantly correlated with the performance of e-learning, but the input of the institution does not have strong relation to performance. Findings of this study suggest that we should pay more attention to self-efficacy and the ability of self-direct learning of learners. Building the learning environment includes the family, workplace and e-learning institution and it will benefit the learning performance of learners. |
