英文摘要 | The Red Balloon Project is a program focused on undergraduate education transformations in American public colleges and universities launched by the American Association of State Colleges and Universities. Influenced by the connectivism and the social constructivism and empowered by information technology,network and social media,the project creates a nationwide collaboration to provide solutions and ways towards challenges and difficulties faced by undergraduate education in public institutions. The project finally triggers profound changes in education. The paper elaborates these changes and analyzes the similarities and differences among several cases,and finally abstracts the opinions,characteristics and enlightenments from these transformational cases found in the Red Balloon Project. |
