日本学校警备员制度及其启示

Japanese school security guard system and its enlightenment

日本学校安保人员称为警备员，他们不仅承担着师生和学校的安全保卫工作，而且在日本学校向社会开放过程中承担着部分协助管理职能。警备员不是机械地把守学校大门，还承担着教育学生、参与学校管理，有效防止学生不良行为甚至校园暴力发生的责任。培养学校安全保卫人员的专业素质和教育能力，是防止学校恶性事件发生、沟通学校与社区的重要环节。

The Japanese school security workers, also called security guards, are responsible for the security of the teachers, students and the whole campus. When the campus is open to the society, they assist the management as well. In addition to guarding at the school gate, they also undertake the responsibility of education, school administration, and effectively prevent the students’ bad behavior or even campus violence. Training of school security personnel's professional qualities and improving their educational abilities are even more important to preventing school malignant events and to better bridging the communication between school and community.
