Study of Relationship among Kansei Measurement Form Composition and Eye Movement

人們對於不同的造形會產生不同的感性，且在造形設計上使用特定的造形元素，能夠讓人們對於造形感受到設計者所設定的感性。為了要瞭解造形與感性之間的關係，目前常用的方式為主觀式語意調查法，但主觀式的語意調查容易受到語意認知或文化差異不同等等的潛在因素所影響。因此，若能輔以客觀的眼動調查方式，較能全面性的瞭解造形構成、感性與眼動行為之間的關係，更是一種主、客觀兼容的研究方式。本研究運用主觀的語意差異調查，輔以客觀的眼動追蹤調查，記錄受測者判斷造形感性時的視覺動作模式。研究中除了分析每種感性造形中的構成架構與造形元素外，同時也探討視覺在面對不同感性造形時的動作特性，研究結果發現：
1.判斷造形感性時，受測者的視覺注意力的確集中於圖中的影響感性判斷的特定造形元素，其視覺動作並不是分佈於整張圖面。
2.在視覺注意範圍中，相對的感性在造形的表現上也有其相對性，且注意的造形特徵與注意力的分佈也明顯不同。
3.造形構成是影響感性與視覺注意力分佈背後的關鍵因素，構成中的方向性與均衡性的不同，對感性辨識結果有明顯的影響。
本研究結果可提供後續研究者更客觀且完整的調查方式，亦可提供設計師更準確的感性造形構成資訊。

Different forms give people different kansei. By using some specific form elements, Designer can let people feel specific kansei. In order to understand the relationship between the form and kansei, researchers often use the method of semantic differential rating which is a subjective measurement. But this measurement still has some problems, such as the effect will become deteriorated because of the language translation or culture different. Therefore, if we can use the method of semantic differential rating adds with eye tracking system to recording the eye movement, it will be a more comprehensive and objective measurement to understand the relationship among the form composition, kansei measurement and eye movement. This study not only analyzes the form composition and form elements of different kansei, but also investigates the subject’s visual activity. Analyze on the collected data which reveals:
1.The visual attentions are located in the specific form elements which are affecting the kansei measurement of form accurately; the eye movements are not located on the whole form area.
2.In the visual attention area, the opposite kansei are opposite with the form composition. The specific form elements and the visual attention area are obviously different too.
3.The form composition is crucial to influence the kansei measurement and the visual attention. Different directional and balance are obviously affecting the kansei measurement.
The results provide an objective and comprehensive method for researchers. And also provide some accurate composition information of form and kansei for designers.
