英文摘要 | Influenced by educational accountability and international student assessment programs, countries like the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Japan highlight the importance of basic education. Therefore, national student assessments have been carried on to monitor the quality of education. Based on the researches on student assessments, this paper explores the background, standards, implementation and report system of this large-scale assessment from the view of international comparison. It concludes that national student assessment as one possible way is necessary and feasible in China, and the results of assessment should be reported publicly to help make decisions within framework of accountability. |
