中文摘要 | 20世纪80年代以后, 在高等教育大众化背景下, 发达国家教师在职培训已经从学历提升转向教育教学“实践性知识”的提升, 而培训方式也随之从班级讲授转向交流互动,共同学习的研讨、工作坊方式。以“中小学教师国家级培训计划”为代表的我国中小学教师在职培训, 也应该向通过学习共同体, 提升“实践性知识”的方式转型。 |
英文摘要 | Under the background of popularization of higher education after 1980s, in-service teacher training in developed countries has been shifted from qualification promotion to "practical knowledge" promotion. Meantime, the modes of training are being shifted from classroom teaching to interaction, the colearning seminar and workshop. As the representative of "national training program for primary and secondary school teachers", in-service training in China should also be geared to the mode of "practical knowledge" through learning community. |
