我国高等教育资源区域分布历史演变驱动因素与作用机制分析

Analysis of Driving Factors and Mechanisms for Historical Evolution of China's Regional Distribution of Higher Education Resources

我国高等教育资源的区域分布具有很强的发展路径依赖。从其发展历程看,我国高等教育区域分布的历史演变受到政治、经济、文化、自然地理条件等多种因素的综合影响,是长期的历史发展的必然结果。这其中,政府政策是我国高等教育资源区域分布历史演变的关键主导因素,高等教育的区域分布在很大程度上服从于国家体制与整体区域经济发展战略。本文分析了影响我国高等教育资源分布的政治、经济、历史、自然地理条件、文化五个因素,并对这些因素的影响机制进行了分析。

The regional distribution of higher education resources in China has a significant development path-dependence.The historical evolution of the regional distribution of higher education in China has been affected by political,economic,cultural,and geographical factors,an inevitable result of the long-term historical development.Among the factors,government policies have played the key role:to agreat extent the regional distribution of China’s higher education resources is subordinated to the state system and the overall regional economic development strategy.This paper analyzes the five factors that affect the distribution of higher education resources,i.e.,politics,economics,history,geography, and culture,and examines their influence mechanisms.
