欠发达地区高校科研成果转化的问题与应对策略──以贵州省为个案的调查研究

The Transformation of Scientific Research Findings into Practical Applications in Less-Developed Regions: The Case of GuizhoD Province

贵州省高校科研成果转化取得了一定成绩, 也存在多样化的转化形式。有些获得了一定的经济成功, 而有些尚未获得任何经济成功。不过, 在多项指标上, 贵州省高校不仅低于全国, 也低于西部地区的平均水平。主要原因在于:企业生产的科技需求不明确;明确的企业科技需求得不到满足;高校的应用性科研成果供给不足;等等。有效地解决这些问题, 需要企业!高校与政府共同努力, 建立产学官有机结合的科研成果转化机制。

Official statistics and field survey results have demonstrated that there are various forms of transformation of scientific research findings into practical applications at universities in Guizhou Province. Some forms have achieved economical success, while others have not. Compared to other regions, less scientific research findings at universities have been applied in industry in Guizhou. The main causes are as follows: demands for scientific research findings from the industry circle are not clear, the clear demands of industry for scientific research have not been satisfied; the supply of applicable scientific research findings from universities is inadequate. In order to change the situation, an industry-university-govemment cooperation mechanism should be established.
