As the focus of China's education refonn, allopatric college entrance examination scheme is both creative and difficult to implement. SWOT analysis reveals the opportunities, strength, weakness and challenges of the scheme, which sheds light on the implementation strategies of the reform scheme from the perspectives of idea, institution and environment.
