中文摘要 | 大学教师参与国际化不仅为教育国际化所关注, 更是大学教师专业发展的题中应有之意。以H 大学为案例的实证分析发现, 虽然教师国际化意识较强, 也在一定程度上付诸行动, 但是教师对国际化的理解和参与行为仍有限,跨境交流比例低, 参与形式以科研为主, 对本土课程教学国际化的参与尚未落实到课程教学的设计与改革层面, 组织所提供的条件仍是教师参与的制约因素。不过, 随着政策、制度变化, 教师参与在未来呈增多趋势。 |
英文摘要 | Faculty's engagement is more than an issue of internationalization: it is a topic of faculty development. Based on a case study in H university, the paper argues that faculty members are conscious of internationalization and put it into practice. However, with limited understanding and engagement, faculty members' cross-border communications are not active and focus on research only, while curriculum design and innovation hasn't been internationalized yet. Faculty's engagement, constrained by organizational factors, will be enhanced with policy and system adjustment. |
