英文摘要 | In order to improve the quality of basic education,Finland has formulated the national quality criteria for basic education,and also it has established the quality evaluation system which includes the trinity of the state, regions and schools,and the combination of the internal evaluation and the external one. In response,Finland has set up a number of quality assurance bodies such as National Board of Education and Education Evaluation Council,etc. Now the quality assurance system in Finland has formed a number of typical characters in quality criteria such as guiding concepts,dividing dimensions,index design and key evaluation areas,and the related education legislation and implementation strategies,etc. All of these measures made beneficial exploration to continuous improvement of quality assurance system in Finnish basic education. |
