The Trend in Organizational Development of Centers for Teaching Excellence: An Analysis Based on the Statement Drafts of 30 National Centers for Teaching Excellence
本文运用文本分析法和词频分析法，以教育部公布的30 个国家级教师教学发展示范中心的申请陈述稿为样本，分析其组织建设趋势。结果表明:组织趋向矩阵式结构;下属科室设置数集中在4-5 个;专职管理人员以5 名为主;专家需求量大，教学名师最受关注。为了更好地建设教师教学发展中心组织并发挥其作用，文章提出如下建议:加强组织工作的顶层设计;避免机构虚直;警惕组织变异;重视专家队伍的管理。
Based on the statement drafts of 30 national centers for teaching excellence ratified by Ministry of Education, the article studies the trend in organizational development of centers for teaching excellence with the methods of text analysis and word frequency analysis. Key findings are as follows: the organizational structure tends to be adhocracy; the number of grass roots administrative offices is mainly 4 to 5; most centers have 5 full-time administrative staff; experts are demanded in large amount and university teaching masters are most concerned. In order to promote the development of the organization and bring its function into full play, it is imperative to improve the top-down design, avoid nominality and deterioration of the organization and lay emphasis on the management of experts.
