中文摘要 | 在我国全面而快速的社会转型期,受现代化的规律性客观因素与我国特有的体制性因素影响,农村家庭教育陷入困境之中。现阶段最突出的问题主要有两类:农民工随迁子女的家庭教育与留守儿童的家庭援助和支持,迫切需要政策的落实、全社会的支持以及农民个体的自觉意识与主动行为。如能将之置于“社区”这一社会政策的基本操作单元,充分发挥城乡社区的资源动员机制与社会服务递送机制,我国社会转型期的农村家庭教育困境可望能有所突破。 |
英文摘要 | In a period of rapid and comprehensive social transformation,family education in rural China has been in a dilemma under the influence of the laws of modernization and the unique institutional factors in China.At present,there are two major issues need to be concerned:the family education for the rural migrant workers’children in cities and the family assistance for the left-behind children in rural areas.The two issues urgently need to be addressed through the implementation of policies,the support from the whole society and the self-awareness and initiative action of individual migrant workers.A breakthrough is likely to be made in resolving the dilemma If we put it in the scope of“community”,the basic unit where social policies are implemented,and make good use of the mobilization mechanism of social resources and the delivery mechanism of social services in urban and rural communities. |
