Through Organizational Justice, Organizational Trust to Enhance School Effectiveness
The issues of school effectiveness are still concerned by the education authority and the schools’ principals from past to now. That is why the school effectiveness is always the educational core.
The achievement of students, the teachers’ professional development and the whole school activities are the school operation performances. We explore the research papers, the theories of organizational justice and organizational trust, and the relationship of organizational justice and organizational trust.
With those viewpoints, we try to assert when a school principal has fulfilled organizational justice and organizational trust in his or her organization. Those effects can enhance the school effectiveness. Beside these, we try to recommend some practices for school leaders and faculties as references.
