中文摘要 | 近年來科技的快速發展與全球性的高度競爭,已使團隊的觀念愈來愈受到重視,學生的學習活動有需要以團隊模式訓練學生,然而是同質性高的團隊或同質性低的團隊會有較好的績效,目前並不清楚。本研究以情感連結、溝通效率、溝通頻率、衝突、信任、工作投入為解釋機制,說明學生團隊成員的同質性與團隊績效之間的關係。本研究以台灣北、中、南部的大專院校學生為抽樣對象,並使用結構方程模式進行假設驗證。研究結果指出,學生團隊成員同質性高時,彼此會有較好的情感連結、較好的溝通效率及願意常溝通,進而減少衝突,增加信任感,對工作較為投入,最後達到較好的團隊績效。最後,本研究根據研究結果提出實務意涵與對未來研究的建議。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, because technology rapidly developed and competition was very tough in the world, the idea of team has been stressed more and more. The activities of student’s learning need using the team model to train students. However, it is not clear now that a team with high homogeneity or low homogeneity has better performance. This study used emotional links, communicative efficiency, communication frequency, conflict, trust, and job involvement as explaining mechanisms to describe the relationship between student team member homogeneity and team performance. The college students from northern, central and southern Taiwan were chosen by sampling as research subjects and hypothesis testing was conducted by Structural Equation Modeling. The study results indicate that when student team member homogeneity is high, members have better emotional links, better communicative efficiency, high communication frequency, and further reduce conflict, enhance trust, and high job involvement, and finally reach better team performance. Finally, this study bases on the study results to propose practical implications and suggestions to future researchers. |
