中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討知識經濟時代下的教師專業能力與專業發展途徑。首先論述知識經濟的意義與特徵;其次探討知識經濟對學校教育影響;第三,分析知識經濟的下教師應有專業能力;第四,提出知識經濟的下教師專業成長途徑;最後是結語。隨著資訊流動與工作力的全球化,知識與企業已經可以在世界上相互轉換。知識經濟與傳統經濟有所不同,如(1)知識與資訊可以分享並加以應用而成長;(2)知識有較高實用價值;(3)人力資本是知識經濟時代最重要價值。知識經濟的對教師專業成長有重要啟示。最後根據結論,提出幾項建議供學校與教師兩方面參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is discussing the teacher professional ability and professional development in the era of knowledge economy.The purposes of this paper include: (1) to understand the essence of and characteristics of the era of knowledge-based economy; (2) to discover knowledge economy’s impact for school education; (3) to understand the teacher professional ability in the knowledge economy society; (4) to understand the path of professional development; (5) to provide the suggestion. With increased mobility of information and the global work force, knowledge and expertise can be transported around the world. The knowledge economy differs from the traditional economy in several respects:(1) Information and knowledge can be shared, and actually grow through application. (2) Knowledge has higher practical value (3) Human capital - competencies - are a key component of value in a knowledgebased company. The evolving knowledge economy has important implications for teacher professional development. According to the conclusion,this paper proposes some suggestions for school and teacher. |
