國民小學師傅校長經驗傳承資訊網建置之研究

A Study of Establishing Mentor Principals' Experience Inheritance Information Network for Elementary School Principals in Taiwan

本研究旨在建置國民小學師傅校長經驗傳承資訊網（http://mentorprincipal.nccu.edu.tw），首先，依據國內外相關文獻、實務經驗豐富之校長及主管教育行政機關等看法，統整歸納師傅校長經驗傳承的五大向度，包括「了解學校」、「就任校長」、「推動校務」、「化解衝突」及「生涯發展」。其次，針對前述五大向度，進行臺灣北、中、南、東四區共27位師傅校長之焦點座談，座談過程採取攝影錄音方式，並於座談後轉譯編碼，再經過整理、分析與統整逐字稿內容，彙整成書面資料及影音檔案，將研究所得成果之資料及影音檔彙整成e化資源，以建置本研究之師傅校長經驗傳承資訊網，並充實師傅校長經驗傳承的內涵，同時也建構一套校長專業發展的系統知識。最後，依據研究 結果，提出相關結論與建議，俾使我國師傅校長的經驗及知識能以數位化的方式，充分發揮教導及傳承之功能，期望透過「師傅校長經驗傳承資訊網」之建置，融合校長辦學的經驗理解、內化統整，做為教育行政機關、校長及未來研究之參考。

The main purpose of this study was to establish Mentor Principals' Experience Inheritance Information Network (http://mentorprincipal.nccu.edu.tw) for elementary school principals in Taiwan. First, Mentor Principals' Experience Inheritance Information Network focuses on the five core elements. They are "Understand School," "Designate Principal," "Promote Mission," "Reconcile Conflict," and "Career Development." Secondly, we invited 27 mentor principals from Northern, Central, Southern, and Eastern Taiwan, and tried to collect material by focus group interview. We organized the content of focus group interview, information, and videos to establish Mentor Principals' Experience Inheritance Information Network. We continued to enrich and update the contents of "Mentor Principal's Experience Inheritance Information Network," and constructed a set of knowledge system for principals' professional evelopment. Finally, we proposed conclusions and suggestions, and hoped that this would enable principals to have better access to find out what they want to know and learn from the excellent mentor principals in Taiwan. In the future, we expect that the network will be able to support principals to develop professionalism into his job, assist principals to manage the school more effectively and creatively.
