英文摘要 | Under the drastic context of social transformation, the field of education in China has witnessed many new" social forces" , including the rise of non-profit civic educational organizations. Based on case studies of several leading Chinese NPOs, the article argues that, by the way of sharing the important tasks of educational reform, the nonprofit civic educational organizations have become magnificent positive powers which can optimize the social transformation in China. For further strengthening the development of the non-profit civic educational organizations and making them do more contributions to the social progress, the governments need to take positive policy actions to improve the institutional environments of the non-profit civic educational organizations and their relationship with the state. |
