网络答疑系统的设计新思路及策略实现

New Ideas on the Design of Web-based Question-answering Systems and Their Strategic Implementation

笔者通过对已有网络答疑系统的调研与分析后发现，当前人们对答疑系统的设计、开发走入了偏重技术的误区，其结果是：尽管答疑系统日趋智能化，但学习者仍抱怨难以得到满意且有针对性的解答。针对这一现状，笔者从网络答疑系统的学习机制入手，通过探究答疑的本质，提出答疑系统的设计新思想和实现策略。

In recent years, a number of models concerning the question-answering (QA) systems have been put forward. But many of them lay stress on technology and neglect the research of question answering itself. Although QA systems are becoming clever and clever, learners still complain that they cannot get satisfactory answers. Aiming at the problem, we explore the learning mechanism involved in the QA process and analyze the essence of QA. On that basis, some new ideas on the design of the QA systems are also put forward and a new Browser/Server-based QA system was developed so as to realize the related strategies and key techniques
