博士研究生区域流动的实证分析

An Empirical Analysis on the Regional Mobility of Doctoral Students

本文基于2006 年博士学位授予数据对博士研究生区域流动性的实证分析表明：博士生源整体流动率较高，但流入、流出率在地区间存在较大差异。特别值得注意的是，湖北、陕西、吉林、黑龙江四省2006年的博士授予规模均超过1000 人，但流入率和流出率均比较低。教育资源配置和经济发展水平是影响生源流动的主要因素，博士生源流动呈现出明显的向教育资源丰富地区、经济发达地区集中的趋势；相比较而言，学生在选择博士就读单位时对硕士所在地具有更强的依赖性。本文认为，政府应当在促进研究生生源区域流动上发挥更大的宏观调控作用。

Based on statistics on doctoral students awarded in the year of 2006, this paper gives an empirical analysis on the regional mobility of doctoral students. The mobility rate of doctoral students is high as a whole, but regions differ from each other in the inflow and outflow rates. One point that merits our special attention is that in 2006, the number of doctoral students awarded in the provinces of Hubei, Shaanxi, Jilin and Heilongjiang all surpassed 1000, but their inflow and outflow rate were all comparatively low. The main factors that influence the mobility of students are educational resource deployment and the level of local economic development, so there is an obvious trend that doctoral students would choose regions with rich educational resource and developed economy. Comparatively, students prefer to stay in the region where they received their master education when they choose future doctoral institutes. This paper maintains that the government should play a better role of macro-control in promoting the mobility of postgraduate students.
