Exploration of the Value of Modern College Physical Education in General Education

通识教育作为一种大学教育理念，以“人”为逻辑起点，体现着强烈的人文精神。大学体育同样具有深厚的人文性。然而，忽视作为身体主体的“人”的教育，是当前大学体育教育之病。发掘体育的人文内涵，丰富大学的通识教育，将大学体育纳入通识教育视野，是提高大学体育质量的应有之义。

As a philosophy of college education, general education logically has its origin in human and reflects strong humanity spirit which also has deep root in college physical education. However, it is a very common phenomenon that CPE neglects the humanistic aspects of physical activities. The exploration of the humanistic value of CPE and enrichment of general education are key to the improvement of CPE quality, where the integration of CPE and general education is essential.
