学校信息化主管的素质结构和实践模式研究

On Literacy and Practice Model of Educational CIO

政府和企业中信息主管的设置有效地促进了电子政务和电子商务的发展，文章引入学校信息化主管来解决信息技术与教育深度融合问题，在对其概念界定后，探讨设置学校信息化主管的必要性，剖析了学校信息化主管的知识结构和能力结构，并给出了学校信息化主管在我国的实践模式，即实践中的可行性。

Although it has been achieved great development of ICT in education, but there are still many problems in ICT integrating into education, some experts point out that the key is vulnerable or deficient of leadership of principal informationization. CIOs in government and enterprises have achieved the progress of e-government or e-business. This paper attempts to introduce the concept of educational CIO to solve the problem of ICT integrating into education from this view. Beginning with an introduction of the concept of educational CIO, it analyzes the necessity of CIO. Then, it puts forward the framework of the knowledge and abilities structure of educational CIO. Finally, the practical model in our country is built for the practical feasibility.
