英文摘要 | Although it has been achieved great development of ICT in education, but there are still many problems in ICT integrating into education, some experts point out that the key is vulnerable or deficient of leadership of principal informationization. CIOs in government and enterprises have achieved the progress of e-government or e-business. This paper attempts to introduce the concept of educational CIO to solve the problem of ICT integrating into education from this view. Beginning with an introduction of the concept of educational CIO, it analyzes the necessity of CIO. Then, it puts forward the framework of the knowledge and abilities structure of educational CIO. Finally, the practical model in our country is built for the practical feasibility. |
