教学与学习中心：美国大学教育质量的提升机构——斯坦福大学个案分析

The Center of Teaching and Learning: Division of Improving Education in American University—the Case of Stanford University

教师的教与学生的学二者的联结点在哪里，如何促进二者的有机整合，实现大学对学生影响的最优化，这是提升大学教育质量无法绕开的话题。本文在阐述斯坦福大学教学与学习中心教学、学习、演讲三大服务项目基础上，指出教学与学习中心是美国大学教师教学发展的制度化、组织化产物，具有以学生为本的教育模式特征。这对于建立与运行我国大学的教师教学发展示范中心或类似机构、融合教学与学习具有重要的启示作用。

Based on elaborating teaching, learning and speaking services of the center of teaching and learning in Stanford university, the study suggests that the center of teaching and learning is institutional and organizational product of American university teachers' teaching development, which features student-centered education model. Finally, the study summarizes three enlightenments that the center of teaching and learning brings to the establishment and operation of the teachers' teaching development center or similar institutions in China.
