Motivation and Modes of Entrepreneurship Education in Indian Higher Education Institutions

为了顺应全球化时代发展的需要，实现印度经济的跨越式发展，印度政府从环境、教育、制度等多方面积极推进创业教育，缓解高校毕业生就业压力。高等院校积极探索、配合和调整创新型、创业型人才培养的战略方案。印度高校创业教育理念的提出推动了印度经济的发展，形成了具有印度特色的“高校创业教育”模式。

Entrepreneurship education modes in Indian higher education institutions (HEIs) appears extraordinary, different from those of other countries. In order to meet the needs of global era and achieve rapid economic development of India, Indian government actively promotes entrepreneurship education. Universities make initiatives to innovate entrepreneurship education modes and adjust the strategies. Undoubtedly, Indian entrepreneurship education system is successfully formed and implemented through the efforts of the government activities, HEI cultivation and even the enterprise involvement. Meanwhile, it has promoted Indian economic and social development.
