中文摘要 | 20世纪90年代以来,新西兰的英才教育取得卓越成效。新西兰政府积极出台强有力的英才教育政策,从多元智能和文化融合的视角对英才儿童进行界定,在此基础上形成了多途径和动态化的鉴别方法,实施灵活多样的教育安置形式,并为教师提供全方位的专业发展支持,使英才儿童的特殊需求得到最大化满足。本文从英才儿童的定义与鉴别、教育安置以及教师的专业发展与支持等方面对新西兰的英才教育进行介绍,以期为我国的英才教育提供参考和借鉴。 |
英文摘要 | Since 1990s, gifted and talented education in New Zealand has achieved remarkable achievements. The government issues powerful policies on gifted and talented education, and defines the gifted and talented from multi-intellectual and inclusive perspectives, based on which multi-paths and dynamic identification as well as flexible and various educational provisions have been formed. Meanwhile, New Zealand supports the professional development for teachers and best meets the needs of the gifted and talented students. This paper introduces the gifted and talented education in New Zealand from definition and identification, educational provisions, professional development and upport for teachers, which might be useful for gifted and talented education in China. |
