英文摘要 | Due to the pivotal role of gifted education, Australia has cultivated a large number of scientific and technological innovation talents. Based on the review of Australian gifted education development, this article introduces gifted students' identification, cultivation, management, and research institutes. Based on Australian experience, this article proposes some policy strategies that China should emphasize in gifted education development, including insisting on the correct values of gifted education, objectively understanding gifted students, developing multi- evaluation on gifted students, strengthening the cultivation and development of gifted students, and establishing the management and support system of gifted education. Correspondingly, it will be possible to establish and improve the gifted education system which is in line with China's national situation and the needs of gifted students. |
