英国普通中等教育证书（GCSE)考试现状与改革趋势研究

A Study of the Current State and Reform Trends for GCSEs in England

英国普通中等教育证书（GCSE)考试是评价基础质量的重要依据，也是决定英国中等教育阶段学生升入高中阶段乃至大学的重要因素，同时影响到基础教育的内容和形式。为了提高基础教育质量和GCSE考试的效能，目前英国政府正在对GCSE考试制度进行重大改革，改革呈现出提高课程难度、严格考试判分标准、统一考试机构等趋势。英国GCSE考试将“程作业”的成绩作为总分的一定比例、重要科目给予学生二次考试的机会等特点可以为我国的中高考提供参考。

In UK， GCSEs is the important base for evaluating the quality of basic education，it is also the crucial factor to determine graduates of secondary education to upgrade into the Sixth Form or even higher education institutions. Meanwhile it has impact on the contents and methods of basic education. In order to improve the quality of basic education and enhance the effectiveness of GCSEs， GCSEs will be comprehensively reformed under the present plan of the UK government. The contents of the reform will include more challenging subject contents，more emphasis on End-of-course exams， unified exam time， more rigorous assessment structures， decreasing the number of the exam boards，etc. That course work grade takes certain proportion in the final GCSEs results and gives students second exam chance for important subjects may provide some reference for the entrance examinations for senior secondary school and higher education institution in our country.
