中文摘要 | 义务教育资源均衡配置是教育公平性的必然要求。在教育经费投入、教育政策、办学条件、教师资源等诸多的教育资源中,教师资源的合理配置是推进义务教育均衡配置的关键。美国的“为美国而教”项目的教师补充机制,缓解了本国师资短缺压力,促进了教师资源在不同地区间的补充和合理配置,为基础教育师资均衡配置提供了新的路径。“为美国而教”项目的教师补充机制,对我国义务教育均衡发展在教师资源配置方面的实现具有一定的启示作用。 |
英文摘要 | The balanced allocation of resources of compulsory education is an inevitable requirement of educational fairness Among the educational resources of educational financial input, educational policies, educational condition and teacher resources, the appropriate allocation of the teacher resources is the key to promote the equal allocation of compulsory education.
